Real Pool Deals, Inc. is located in the western suburbs of Chicago, IL. Our hours are from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Central Time Monday through Friday. After hours our phones are forwarded to voice mail. After hours calls will be returned within 8 hours. Any in stock order placed by 3:00 P.M. C.S.T. will be shipped the same day.
