Any in stock order placed by 3:00 P.M. C.S.T. will be shipped the same day.

Real Pool deals, Inc. neither expresses nor implies any warranty beyond that of the manufacturer. Real Pool Deals, Inc. accepts no liability for any injury or damage of any kind resulting from the use or inability to use any product we sell.

Return Policy:

Returns to realpooldeals.com/Pool Deals, Inc. must be made within 30 days of the invoice date for the item returned.

Returns of non-defective, unopened and/or unused product must be in the original packaging and in resalable condition. Resalable condition means that the carton is in good, original condition (no holes or colored packing tape) and all parts, literature, warranty cards, manuals and accessories are included and returned. Merchandise returned in less than resalable condition will be assessed a non-refundable re-stocking fee up to 25% of the original purchase price. All non-defective returns must be pre-paid shipping via UPS. C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.

Due to the nature of the products, realpooldeals.com/Pool Deals,Inc. will not accept returns on in ground pool liners, above ground pool liners, special order items of any kind and pool or spa chemicals.

For quick, easy return processing please follow this procedure:

  1. This RETURN FORM must be completed for a return to be processed. 

    Please complete this form and email to us.  We will then contact you to authorize the return.  No returns will be processed without this form first being completed and emailed back to us.  Please print a copy for yourself and this will act as your packing list.  Once you have authorization from realpooldeals.com/Pool Deals, Inc. use your completed returns form and place it in the box prior to returning.  Again, no returns will be processed without this form completed and in the box with the product in question.  Undocumented returns greatly hinder our ability to issue a proper credit. As such, realpooldeals.com does not guarantee that a credit will be issued if a return is undocumented.


  2. Please use an insured shipping method so the item can be tracked if necessary.

  3. Please place your last name (if ordered over the phone) or your order number which begins with (2007-__-____) if ordered over the internet followed by realpooldeals.com in the lower left hand comer of the box or envelope.  This greatly speeds up the returns process.

  4. The “Reason for the Return” portion of the return form must be completed for your return to be processed.

  5. Retain the original packing list as reference for tracking your return.

Truck Line Freight Claims Policy:

realpooldeals.com/Pool Deals, Inc. will accept returns within 60 days of customer receipt. After 60 days no returns will be accepted nor will credit be issued for same.

All returns will be processed within 3 days of receipt of the product in our warehouse. We will issue an appropriate credit at that time.

If a return is the result of freight damage, the 20% restocking fee will be waived.

In the event that merchandise is received damaged, and that damage is visible (e.g. crushed carton, hole(s) in carton), you must sign for the merchandise as damaged. A simple notation of how many cartons look damaged is sufficient. Upon learning of the damaged shipment from our customer realpooldeals.com/Pool Deals, Inc. will arrange for the merchandise to be picked up and returned to our warehouse for inspection. realpooldeals.com/Pool Deals, Inc. will issue a credit or a new product once the return is processed by our warehouse depending on the nature of the return.

It is imperative our customers inspect the shipment for damage before he/she signs for and thereby accepts the shipment. Further, if for any reason the driver cannot wait for a proper inspection, the customer and the driver must both make a note of the reason a proper inspection was not possible and both must sign on the Bill of Lading.

In the event merchandise is received by our customer damaged and the customer signed for the shipment without exception, but later claims there was concealed damage, no credit will be issued. realpooldeals.com/Pool Deals, Inc. will, of course, file a claim with the carrier on behalf of the customer if so requested.

Returns that are a result of visible freight damage which was noted as such at receipt by the customer will be credited to the customer when the freight claim is resolved. Note again: If you sign for the delivery without exception, you are confirming acceptance of the shipment and no credits will be issued.
